These Terms of Use govern your use of Just Pick 1. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Using Just Pick 1
Just Pick 1 is provided to help groups collect ideas, vote, and make decisions. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with other users or the operation of the service.
Your content and conduct
You are responsible for information you submit, including room names, participant names, options, categories, and pitches. Do not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, fraudulent, invasive of another person's privacy, or that infringes intellectual property or other rights. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, automate abusive traffic, impersonate another person, or access rooms you are not authorized to use.
Group decisions
Just Pick 1 organizes preferences supplied by participants. Results, rankings, random selections, availability information, and other outputs are tools for the group and are not guarantees or professional advice. Group members remain responsible for their final decisions.
Accounts and room access
You are responsible for access to your sign-in account and for sharing room codes and invitation links appropriately. A host may require authentication, change room settings, grant host status, advance voting stages, or delete a room. Room access may be lost if a room is deleted or the service is unavailable.
Third-party information and services
Just Pick 1 may display or link to information supplied by third parties, including movie and TV, streaming, restaurant, travel, book, or other information. Third-party information can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate and may change without notice. Third-party sites and services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Availability of the service
Just Pick 1 may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features as the service develops. We do not promise that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or that stored rooms will be retained indefinitely.
Enforcement
Access may be restricted or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the service; address abuse or security risks; comply with legal obligations; or enforce these terms.
Disclaimer
Just Pick 1 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law, without warranties that the service or information available through it will meet every need or be free from errors.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Just Pick 1 and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date above will be updated when the terms are revised. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
